Request-To-Book Flow

Submitting dates through this site sends a booking request. It does not automatically reserve the cabin or collect payment. Your stay is confirmed only after we reply in writing and you complete the payment steps we send.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are estimates based on available pricing data. Final pricing, fees, taxes, protection choices, deposits, and payment timing are confirmed by email before payment is due.

Payment Timing

For approved direct bookings, 50% of the stay total is due to reserve your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. If your requested stay is within 30 days, full payment may be required before the reservation is confirmed.

Availability

Availability can change until the booking is confirmed. If requested dates are not available, we may suggest nearby dates or invite you to join a cancellation list.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are confirmed with your reservation. The FAQ gives the current general policy, but your written confirmation controls if details differ.

Damage And Extra Cleaning

Guests choose either a non-refundable property protection fee, currently estimated at $59, or a $1,000 refundable security deposit. The property protection option is intended for accidental guest-caused damage when the provider coverage is available for the stay. The refundable deposit option may be charged or held before arrival and returned after checkout inspection, less documented damage, missing items, extra cleaning, or rule violations.

Guests remain responsible for intentional damage, smoking, unauthorized pets, parties, hot tub misuse, missing items, excessive cleaning, and any issue excluded by the final written booking terms.

Third-Party Experiences

Dining, tours, and local experiences may be provided by third parties. Their own terms, availability, pricing, and cancellation rules may apply.
