House rules to keep Serenity safe, quiet, and ready for the next guest. Your confirmed booking message controls if its details differ.
Check-In And Check-Out
- Follow the check-in and check-out times in your reservation email. All stay times are Michigan local time (Eastern).
- Early check-in or late check-out requires our written confirmation.
- Self check-in details are sent on check-in morning.
Guests And Quiet Hours
- A maximum of 4 guests may stay overnight. The base rate includes 3 guests; a fourth guest using the downstairs pullout sofa is an additional $50 per night, plus the lodging tax shown in your quote. All overnight guests must be included in the confirmed reservation.
- No parties, events, or unapproved visitors.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Hot Tub, Fire, And River Safety
- Use the hot tub at your own risk. No glass, food, soap, oils, or unsupervised children in the hot tub.
- Replace the hot tub cover after each use.
- Use the fire pit only when local conditions allow it. Fully extinguish fires before leaving the area.
- The river area can be slippery and conditions change quickly. Use care near the water.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Serenity A-Frame.
No Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. If you smoke outside, keep doors and windows closed and dispose of waste safely.
Before You Leave
- Return the key to the lockbox.
- Load the dishwasher. Starting it is optional.
- Turn off the fireplace and lights, and lock the doors.
- Message us about anything broken, missing, or needing attention.
