House Rules
These rules help keep Serenity safe, quiet, and ready for the next guest. If anything here conflicts with your confirmed booking message, your booking message controls.
Check-In And Check-Out
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM unless we confirm an earlier time in writing.
- Check-out is 11:00 AM unless late check-out is approved in writing.
- Self check-in details are sent after the reservation is confirmed.
Guests And Quiet Hours
- Only confirmed guests may stay overnight.
- No parties, events, or unapproved visitors.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Hot Tub, Fire, And River Safety
- Use the hot tub at your own risk. No glass, food, soap, oils, or unsupervised children in the hot tub.
- Replace the hot tub cover after each use.
- Use the fire pit only when local conditions allow it. Fully extinguish fires before leaving the area.
- The river area can be slippery and conditions change quickly. Use care near the water.
Pets
Pets are allowed only when approved before arrival. Guests are responsible for pet cleanup, damage, noise, and keeping pets off furniture unless a washable cover is used.
No Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. If you smoke outside, keep doors and windows closed and dispose of waste safely.
Before You Leave
- Turn off appliances, fireplace, and lights.
- Place used towels where instructed in your check-out message.
- Lock doors and return any keys or access items as instructed.
- Message us about anything broken, missing, or needing attention.
