Booking & payment
Choose your dates and guests to see available nights and a complete price breakdown. Review your stay, enter your details, then continue to secure payment with Stripe.
For stays more than 30 days away, 50% of the stay total plus a $1,000 refundable security deposit is due to reserve. Your remaining stay balance is due 30 days before check-in. Within 30 days, the full stay total plus the deposit is due.
Bank payments usually take two to four business days to clear. Your written confirmation follows verified payment.
The refundable deposit
The $1,000 deposit is separate from your stay total. It is scheduled to refund two days after checkout following inspection, unless a documented deduction is needed. Bank processing adds time.

Arrival & house rules
Self check-in starts at 4 PM; checkout is by 11 AM. All times are Michigan local time (Eastern). Your reservation email confirms the times for your stay. Lockbox instructions are sent on check-in morning.
Only confirmed guests may stay overnight. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, with no parties or indoor smoking. Pets are not allowed.

Where is the A-Frame located?
Serenity A-Frame is on the Betsie River in Thompsonville, Michigan, near Crystal Mountain. Your confirmed reservation includes the arrival details. See the area.
How many guests can the A-Frame accommodate?
The base rate includes up to 3 guests. A fourth guest can stay using the downstairs pullout sofa for an additional $50 per night, plus the lodging tax shown in your quote. The cabin has a queen bed in the loft and a single bed available. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. No pets.
What amenities are included?
Your stay includes: private hot tub overlooking the forest, direct riverfront access to the Betsie River, fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, high-speed WiFi (417 Mbps), washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit with complimentary firewood, gas grill, gas fireplace, and streaming TV. We provide all linens, towels, and toiletries.
Is the A-Frame available year-round?
Yes! Our A-Frame is a perfect four-season retreat. Enjoy skiing at Crystal Mountain in winter, cherry blossoms in spring, beach days at Lake Michigan in summer, and stunning fall colors in autumn. The cabin is fully winterized with heating and the hot tub is available year-round.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Pets are not allowed at Serenity A-Frame.
